Middle School Math Day Saturday, April 7...Deadline to enter extended to Wednesday, March 21

Middle School Math Day

Know a student in the 5th through the 8th grade who likes math? Or maybe just wants to know how math is used in the real world? The Dobyns-Bennett Mu Alpha Theta chapter announces this year's Middle School Math Day event will be held Saturday, April 7. There are a few new workshops added to the list of workshops from which students can choose this year. Download the application (attached) for more info and mail it in along with the $10 to register for this fun, hands-on event. Deadline for MSMD has been extended to Wednesday, March 21.

Kingsport City Schools Proposed Textbooks Announced

The KCS textbook selection committee is considering the following Tennessee State Board of Education approved textbooks for grades K-12: Science, Physical Education/Wellness and Health, Fine Arts and Arts, A/V Technology and Communications.

Kingsport City Schools will be on Spring Break March 19-23, 2018. Classes resume on March 26.
